Copyright
Individual photographers retain copyright but the Queen Mary Reserve Trust shall be entitled to use images for publicity and related purposes free of charge. Such uses include display of images at a low resolution on the web and within digital audio visual presentations. (These use small files and the extraction of individual images is not possible.) All reasonable care will be taken to protect individual photographers’ rights and acknowledge their authorship where appropriate.
Format: The competition is open to prints only in a form suitable for display if accepted for exhibition.
Maximum
Size: Prints
must be suitable to fit within a frame measuring 12 x 8inches (305 x 203 mm).

A4 paper, 297 x 210 mm (11.7 x 8.27 inches) is suitable.
Either “landscape” or “portrait” layout is acceptable.
Panoramic images must fit within the specified dimensions.
Do not mount prints - images chosen for exhibition will be mounted
on a suitable backing board if required.

Number of entries: Each entrant may submit up to five entries.
Previous awards: Images previously entered into a photographic competition may not be accepted, at the discretion of the trustees.
